Wellness Coaching

(and a little about me)

I am a mother of six and have been married to my husband for over 25 years. We own several small businesses together.

While I had always tended to be naturally slim, everything changed when I approached my mid-thirties. Even thought I still ate healthy and led a fairly active lifestyle, I found myself suddenly weighing far more than I liked. I believed my age was to blame and I thought I just needed to accept my new-to-me larger size. I began to dread being tagged in photos on Facebook. Whenever I had to find something to wear that would hide my tummy, I just ended up frustrated and depressed, so I began to avoid social gatherings as much as our busy lives allowed.

I would try to exercise and do okay for a while (as in, maybe two weeks) then “life” would happen and I would “take a break”.

In February of 2014, I jumped online to buy new jeans. I was not happy about it, because once again, I needed a larger size. I sat there staring at the checkout bag page, and hesitated. In just four years I had gone up 5 sizes in my favorite brand of jeans. My eyes filled with tears and I could not bring myself to press the button to finalize the order. I remembered that a girl I knew, an online wellness coach, had been posting on social media about her online bootcamps. It had intrigued me because it wasn’t just a diet or even just a list of exercises. It worked from the inside out, changing mindset and body image. It was a perspective shift.

The next thing I did was one of the best decisions of my life. I cancelled the order for the jeans and instead contacted that wellness coach. She was happy to help and told me once again about the online bootcamps.  I said yes this time. To everything- the full workout program, the full nutrition system, and to learning about what she did as a coach. I was ALL IN.

I fell in love with everything about it. No quick fixes, pills, diets, wraps, or bullshit. It was real, holistic and totally doable. IT WAS FREEDOM.

I loved the simple and no-guesswork nutrition help, I loved the online community and accountability, and I absolutely loved the daily “fast food” that kept my eating happily on track. Where before I would skip breakfast or grab a not-so-healthy lunch on the run, I now had an amazing easy shake full of more health than twenty salads to turn to. Chocolate was my favorite but I couldn’t believe how much it helped reduce my cravings for sweets. I just felt… satisfied.

I did several rounds of the Bootcamp. I lost weight and tons of inches while gaining energy and confidence. I was sleeping better. My skin was better. I was happier. People started to want to join me and so I began running my own online bootcamps.

Almost SEVEN years later, I am still working out, still eating healthy, still improving my fitness, and still learning.

And my jeans? Well, the size in the same brand that fits me is FIVE sizes SMALLER than the ones I was going to order that fateful day!

I believe you were meant to read this.

If you want to make changes, but can’t imagine trying to add yet another thing to your jam-packed life,

If you eat healthy for a whole day (or even a whole week!) but then find yourself completely derailing when feeling overwhelmed and stressed,

If you’re afraid that being fit will mean you’ll have to give up everything fun and enjoyable,

If you wish you could just go to your closet, throw anything on and feel GOOD…

It is my passion to help you break free, just as I did almost 7 years ago.

I can’t wait to hear from you!
